Criticize - to censure or find fault with, to judge or discuss the merits and faults of,

to find fault; judge unfavorably or harshly

I started to title this blog, "Do You Have A Critical?" but I changed it because I don't want you how have this spirit to continue to live in denial. Sometimes we do things without really understanding the we are damaging our own selves in the process. Now, many of you reading this may not realize that what you are doing is setting causing you to fail. This is the reason why your relationships are failing, people don't want to hang with you, they turn the other way when they see you, and you're not invite to special events. Being critical is not a light thing. This has caused the fire and passion in relationships to go out. Nobody wants to share any info with a person like this because all they get is, you should have done this or that could have been better. It's like beating a man when he is down. I placed a scripture for us to look at so we can see how you are only hurting yourself when you criticize someone about every little thing.

Now check that out!!!! You are really judging when you criticize which means that you have already come to a conclusion about the person or situation without having all the necessary facts. It is a standard that you have setup in your mind or you have built your life upon that has become the measure rod by which a person or situation is right or wrong in your own eyes. The danger in this my friend is that by that same measure or standard you criticize, you shall be judge as well. Kinda puts things in prospective huh? You and I cannot afford to operate like this and not look at ourselves. It is so easy to point out other people's faults and short coming without doing a personal inventory of our own lives.

Life is about making decisions and you can start today by being honest with yourself. I really love how God gives us all the opportunity to change our course of action or the way we think. Maybe someone close to you like your mom, dad, sibling, or another authority was that way with you and all you know is that do what was done to you. Let me say today that no matter who they are, they have no power over you. What you do is good enough! You strive to be the best and it is draining you so let it go now. Receive this simply truth that you are good enough. No, not good for nothing but good enough. In order to be free, I ad to start this blog out this way to point out the root so that it could be uprooted out of your life. Now, be free in Jesus name from the critical spirit by embracing what is true and good about you.

You're Already Sexy

To all my sisters, God's wonderful and beautiful daughters who are married. I want to share a word with you that I believe is from the Lord. The Lord showed me in the spirit that many of you have made a confession over yourselves that you are not sexy and that once you do this and that, then you will be. You have stopped yourselves from experiencing a deeper level of passion between you and your husband because you have aligned yourselves to a lie from the enemy. Let me show you in the word how the enemy used this same deception to entrap Eve.
Genesis 3:1-7 1NOW THE serpent was more subtle and crafty than any living creature of the field which the Lord God had made. And he [Satan] said to the woman, Can it really be that God has said, You shall not eat from every tree of the garden? 2And the woman said to the serpent, We may eat the fruit from the trees of the garden, 3Except the fruit from the tree which is in the middle of the garden. God has said, You shall not eat of it, neither shall you touch it, lest you die. 4But the serpent said to the woman, You shall not surely die, 5For God knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing the difference between good and evil and blessing and calamity. 6And when the woman saw that the tree was good (suitable, pleasant) for food and that it was delightful to look at, and a tree to be desired in order to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate; and she gave some also to her husband, and he ate. 7Then the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves apron like girdles. Notice three things here the enemy did:
1. He challenges the word of the Lord spoken to Eve. Verse 1
2. He discredits the word while at the same time, deceived Eve into thinking that she wasn't like God already when in fact she already was. Verse 4-5
3. He gets her to align herself to a lie by eating the fruit and sharing the fruit or deception with her husband which causes both of their eyes to be opened to a deception. Verse 6-7
The enemy has done the same thing to you. He came and said to you, "Did God really say you are beautiful and you should be sexy for your husband? That couldn't be true because you’re too small, short, skinny, fat, tall, your hair is not long enough, your skin is horrible, your body has all those scars on it, etc". He said these things, you came into agreement with that lie, you stop making loving to your husband, your distance, and when your hubby touches you or mentions anything about you being sexy, you draw back. God wants you to be free today. The bible says that the enemy comes to kill, steal, and destroy. WOW! Kill, Steal, and Destroy! Jesus came that you might have life and that more over. So, the word of the Lord to you today is simply this, you're sexy already, you're beautiful already, and you're wonderful already. Many of you are exercising for all the wrong reasons. You have said to yourselves that it's for my health and for looking better but the truth is, that lie from the enemy is driving you like a slave. Come on my sister be free today in Jesus name. I just want to tell you that You Already Are! Whatever the enemy says that you're not, You Already Are! You were made in God's image and likeness which means, you were made by the best.

To Lead or Not To Lead

You know it's funny to me how people say they don't want to be in charge but they still go around barking orders to everybody around them. Here is a KSA (Kingdom Service Announcement) to those who fit this category. Can you please make up your mind! Just don't make no sense at all. You are confusing everybody and even yourself. LOL!!! The bible says that a double minded man is unstable in all his ways. I think the Batman series must have been reading this scripture because they created a character name Two Face. So, when you don't make up your mind, you are just like Two Face. People don't know how to handle or approach you. This is why you think everyone at your job, church, or in your family, have the problem and  need to change but really it's you.

Kingdom Ranks Are Not Titles

Ephesians 4:11 -And His gifts were [varied; He Himself appointed and gave men to us] some to be apostles (special messengers), some prophets (inspired preachers and expounders), some evangelists (preachers of the Gospel, traveling missionaries), some pastors (shepherds of His flock) and teachers.

This scripture has always been taught in the tone of separation. Only a certain group of people can be apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers. The rest of you are greeters, workers in the sound booth, janitors, worship leaders, teachers for children church, pew sitters, musicians, parking attendants, office workers, deacons, choir members, pastor’s body guard, armor bearers, the person that brings the pastor or guest speaker some water, and the list goes on and on. Now if you are not one of these special ones whom God has called, you are required to submit yourself to these ones and don’t talk back or you will be sat down or cursed. Does this sound familiar? Well let me free you today by giving you some truth.

This scripture does not mean that there are only certain people called to the fivefold ministry. No! What Paul was saying here that everyone in the Kingdom of God has a place and must seek the Lord concerning their place or position. The word “some”, does not imply separation but that God has called some to walk as apostles, prophets, teachers, pastors, and evangelists. The fivefold ministry is made up of rankings in the Kingdom, not titles. Religion has reduced these rankings down to titles. This is the reason why we see people in the church fighting, scheming, and politicking for positions. Religion has made these rankings as something to compete for. American Idol did not start in the world, it started in the church. There are many that have been made to perform before the judges (these special or elite ones) and if they have past their test, then by the laying on of hands by the special or exclusive ones, these persons that perform is now a pastor or prophet. However, that’s not it! You see once you have achieved this milestone, you must sign a contract but they call it covenant. This contract states that you must be under their authority (their thumb), you must wait till THEY hear from God about you leaving their ministry (their club or clique), and when THEY hear that it’s time for you to leave, then you are release to go and be a carbon copy or clone of them and their ministry.

You may be serving in certain areas of the ministry you attend but let me say to you very clearly that you are more than that. God has a position in the Kingdom with your name on it. Jeremiah 1:5-7 Amplified Bible - Before I formed you in the womb I knew [and] approved of you [as My chosen instrument], and before you were born I separated and set you apart, consecrating you; [and] I appointed you as a prophet to the nations. Then said I, Ah, Lord God! Behold, I cannot speak, for I am only a youth. But the Lord said to me, Say not, I am only a youth; for you shall go to all to whom I shall send you, and whatever I command you, you shall speak.

When God told him that I have separated and set you apart, He wasn’t talking about putting him in some elite group or clique. God had separated him from man’s calling, defining, and purpose for his life. God said something very powerful to Jeremiah that we need to pay close attention to. He said before I formed you in the womb I knew and approved of you. Right there God was saying that there is no need for anyone to define you because you have already been defined. No one has the right to say that you are just a greeter, janitor, worship leader, sound person, etc… You are called to be more than that. Find your place in the Kingdom and begin to walk in it. You see, religion hates this type of teaching because once you find out your place in the Kingdom, you will MOVE forward. I capitalized the word “move” because the spirit of religion hates movement. Religion’s philosophy is, “Continue to do the same thing over and over and over”. Just because you are doing things repeatedly doesn’t mean you are making any movement or progress. Let’s stop fighting each other! Remember, we all have a place or rank in the Kingdom. There’s no need to fight. My prayer is that you will listen to the Father and find out what you were destined to be from the beginning.

The Truth About Tithing

Malachi 3:7-10
Ever since the days of your ancestors, you have scorned my laws and failed to obey them. Now return to me, and I will return to you,” says the LORD Almighty. “But you ask, ‘How can we return when we have never gone away?’ “Should people cheat God? Yet you have cheated me! “But you ask, ‘What do you mean? When did we ever cheat you?’ “You have cheated me of the tithes and offerings due to me.You are under a curse, for your whole nation has been cheating me. Bring all the tithes into the storehouse so there will be enough food in my Temple. If you do,” says the LORD Almighty, “I will open the windows of heaven for you. I will pour out a blessing so great you won’t have enough room to take it in! Try it! Let me prove it to you! Your crops will be abundant, for I will guard them from insects and disease. Your grapes will not shrivel before they are ripe,” says the LORD Almighty. “Then all nations will call you blessed, for your land will be such a delight,” says the LORD Almighty.

There have been many teachings on this scripture and we have heard verses 8-9 with a strong emphasis on verse 8, as we’d prepared to give our tithes and offerings. We were also informed that if we failed to fulfill our giving obligations, then we were under a curse. Well, I was listening to a word I gave on 6-14-09 on the healing stream media network’s broadcast “Winds of Worship” and towards the end, the Lord said, “I am exposing even the lies about tithing. I am bringing truth so that my people can be free. For even as the words have been spoken by these false ones, they have force my people and manipulated my people to give into their kingdoms and said that it was of me. I will expose it! My people shall be free financially. Every cent! Every cent! Every dollar and every cent, that was put into these little kingdoms. There is divine retribution coming to my people. For every cent, every dollar, that was placed into these little kingdoms, it shall be giving back to you says God. I am causing them to repay it this night. I am requiring them to give it back! For many! Many on this earth have houses, have lands, and cars dishonestly. It is not the blessing of the Lord and I am exposing it and I am requiring them to give every cent and every dollar back. Now Angels! Here the word of the Lord. Go Forth Now! Go Forth! Go Forth and make sure every thieving spirit, every robbing spirit, give back every cent and every dollar to the people of God.”

It was while I was cooking that God revealed the truth as He promised. You are not under a curse when you don’t give your tithes and offerings! I can hear many of you saying right now “WHAT”! That’s right! You are not under a curse for not giving your tithes and offerings. I hear many saying as well, “But the bible says very clearly that you have cheated or robbed me and because of that you are under a curse!” I hear what you saying but that’s what we have been taught to believe and the bible does not say that. The focus has been placed on verse 8-9 for so long that nobody really took the time to read verse 7.

If we would have stopped our religious rhetoric for a minute and looked at verse 7, we would have clearly seen the cause for being under a curse. God said, “Ever since the days of your ancestors, you have scorned (to turn aside, depart) my laws and failed to obey them.” God makes it very clear that what put His people under a curse was their continual departing of His laws or commands and continual disobedience to his commands. Deuteronomy 30:19-20 says, “Today I have given you the choice between life and death, between blessings and curses. I call on heaven and earth to witness the choice you make. Oh, that you would choose life, that you and your descendants might live! Choose to love the LORD your God and to obey him and commit yourself to him, for he is your life. Then you will live long in the land the LORD swore to give your ancestors Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.” You see, what causes them to be under a curse was their decision to continually violate this scripture.

So if you were every told that you were under a curse, I just free you right in the name of Jesus. I pray that you just simply follow His voice and be obedient to whatever He is tell you to do. The bible says that when we give, it should not be under compulsion ( necessity, imposed either by the circumstances, or by law of duty regarding to one’s advantage, custom, argument, calamity, distress, straits) but of your own free will (Philemon 1:14). In other words, you have the freedom to be lead by the Spirit of God and not man. So, expect a return of what was unlawfully taken from you. I decree and declare that the manipulation in this area of your life is over and that you are free to listen to your Father and be lead by His Spirit of Truth in Jesus name, Amen! Glory!

Being Gay Is Not The Issue

Several must months ago God spoke to me about homosexuality. I thought about the many times we in the church have address this issue and our actions towards those who are living this lifestyle. I must say that we have done a poor job in trying to reach these individuals who are living a homosexual lifestyle. We have been very hurtful through our actions and words. Anytime we are dealing with any issue, we must first see what the word says about it and not our opinion or what somebody told us but really settling ourselves down to hear a clear word from the Lord.

Genesis 1:26-28 Amplified Bible
God said, Let Us [Father, Son, and Holy Spirit] make mankind in Our image, after Our likeness, and let them have complete authority over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the [tame] beasts, and over all of the earth, and over everything that creeps upon the earth. So God created man in His own image, in the image and likeness of God He created him; male and female He created them. And God blessed them and said to them, Be fruitful, multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it [using all its vast resources in the service of God and man]; and have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and over every living creature that moves upon the earth.
We see here that God created man in His image (resemblance) and likeness (manner,fashion, figure, form, like as, pattern). Man was made spirit first because God is spirit. The bible goes on to say that in the image and likeness of God He created him; male and female He created them. In this sentence we see clearly why God hates the spirit of homosexuality. Not the person! Let me make that very clear. God hates the spirit of homosexuality but he loves the person. Right in this sentence we see that God gave man (spirit) his assignment. Some were to males, the others female. God hates homosexuality because it robs an individual of their assignment.
Jeremiah 1:5 Amplified Bible
Before I formed you in the womb I knew [and] approved of you [as My chosen instrument], and before you were born I separated and set you apart, consecrating you; [and] I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.

Before God formed (frame, fashion, make, potter) you in your mother's womb, he knew (declare, distinguish) you. I speak to you who are living this lifestyle. Before God made you, he declared you to be a male or female and after he declared it, He formed or made you a body to confirm what He spoke. God uses the doctors to testify to this in the delivery room. The homosexual spirit convinced you that even though you have male parts, you are a woman and this spirit has convinced you that even though you have female parts, you are a man. I must say to you that this spirit has come to deceive you and talk you out of your assignment or purpose. You were made to be a man. You were made to be a woman. There is a blessing given by God that is attached to your assignment and it's in verse 28 of Genesis 1, "And God blessed ( praise, salute, congratulate, pronounce blessing) them". There is a fulfillment in walking in your assignment.

I know that things have happened in your life that gave this spirit an entry way or open door to your life and God knows it too. He is a loving father who is after you, not in a condemning or judgmental way. He is like a parent who sees his or her child in danger and runs to rescue them. You wondered if you were born this way but I pray today that after reading this that this would finally convince you that God never made you to be something other than what He'd created you to be. I release this word to you not in a tone of hate but love.
Now I speak to the church. Stop calling these precious ones fags and dikes. Stop speaking these cruel and hateful words across the pulpit. You are not speaking on behalf of God when you use this type of language. It's time for the church to get a clear revelation from the Father and stop walking around in Pride saying we know what to say or how to address an issue. Let's stop making one sin bigger than the other or putting the spot light on one sin and not addressing sin for what it is, sin. Stop trying to scare the Hell out of people but release the love of God that show them how to avoid Hell! A place that was never made for none of us in the first place. Let's present the salvation message in a way that they can choose for themselves what they want to do.
We must remember that the bible says in Ephesians 6:12 that we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. It will never be about the flesh but always about a spirit. Let us walk with understand and war with understand, not praying and preaching amiss. Let not our goal be just to sound good but to release and prove that what is good and acceptable and perfect will of God (Romans 12:2).

The Qualifications Of A Good Man

Psalm 37:23 - NKJV
The steps of a good a man are ordered by the Lord, and He delights in his way.

In reading this verse, we all know that this is not speaking to just one gender but this morning I was prompted in my spirit to release this to every father, husband, grandfather, uncle, and single man. Although this truth is for everybody, my assignment is to focus on the men. There were times I interpreted this scripture to mean that when God begins to order an individual's steps, He was doing it because he was obligated to do it. However, the Lord opened my eyes to see what he was really saying in this verse. Before I release what He showed me, let's first look at what a good man is not and then what a good man is.

What A Good Man Is Not

1. A man who has a job.
2. A man who provides.
3. A man who loves his wife.
4. A man who is successful.
5. A man who takes care of his kids.
6. A man who is full of knowledge.
7. A man who has money.
8. A man who has lots of money.
9. A man who has influence.
10. A man who loves God.
11. A man who lives in the best area.
12. A man who puts his family in the best or most comfortable place possible.
13. A man who puts his family first.

I could go on, but these things listed above have been made the standard or code for every man to live by and strive for. When the Lord told me that I was a good man, I received His word to me and then I asked Him,"What exactly qualifies a man to be a good man according to the word"? He said the following:


What A Good Man Is

1. A man who does not fret because of evildoers.
2. A man who is not envious of the workers of iniquity.
3. A man who trust in the Lord and do good.
4. A man who dwells (unmovable) in the land.
5. A man who delights (flexible and bendable) himself in the Lord.
6. A man who feeds on God's faithfulness.
7. A man who commits his way to the Lord.
8. A man who chooses to rest in the Lord.
9. A man who waits patiently for the Lord.
10. A man who cease from anger and forsake wrath.

Now let's compare the the two and break this down. You can love God and not trust in Him. You can make the money, be successful, provide for the kids, love the wife, put your family first, live in the best area, have the best job, have a job, have major influence and not feed on God's faithfulness or delight in Him. The word delight in the Hebrew doesn't mean to just love God and enjoy His presence but to be bendable and flexible. Flexible enough to let go of your way and follow His way. There have been many opinions and judgments made based upon the first list above against men who God has qualified to be a good man. Psalm 37:32-33 - The wicked watches the righteous and seeks to slay him. The Lord will not leave him in his hand nor condemn him we he is judge. These wicked ones can be believers who are praying for God to condemn (declare one one wrong) them while they are judging them. In other words they want God to back up their judgments but the Lord says here that He will not.

The steps of a good man are ordered. Now, let me release to you what the Father said about this verse. When God is ordering a good man's steps, He's simply saying to that man, "I'll do it, I'll get you there, I'll take care of it, I'll provide, just rest". God will not waste His time on an individual who chooses to live by the first list above apart from Him. Why? These individuals have chosen to handle things on there on without God. The refuse to trust Him, they like and want things their way, and believe that they can make things happen on their own.Jeremiah 17:5 - Cursed is the man who trust in man and makes flesh his strength. Whose heart departs from the Lord .

The mystery in this verse is that when a man chooses to be a good man according Psalm 37:1-8, he will find that everything in the first list is taken care of and ordered by God. This man won't have to worry about keeping his finance in order because God is ordering it. He doesn't has to worry about keeping his family first so nothing is out of balance or lacking because God is ordering or setting the right balance. There are no worries about having a job or keeping a job so that the bills, food, gas, and other needs are taken care of because God is ordering that too.

So to every male that has been persecuted for not living up to the standard of the wicked, please lift your hands now to the Father and decree and declare these words with authority over your life:

I am a good man.
I am not afraid of evil doers.
I am not envious of the workers of iniquity.
I am trusting in You and I am doing good.
God you will give me the desires of my heart.
You shall bring it to pass.
You shall bring forth my righteousness as the light and my justice as the noonday.
I am resting in the You.
I am waiting patiently for You.
I cease from anger and forsake wrath.
I shall inherit the earth.
I am meek.
Father you know my days.
My inheritance shall be forever.
I shall not be ashamed in the evil time.
In the days of famine I shall be satisfied.
I shall show mercy and continue to be a giver.
I am a good man.
My steps are ordered by You.
You delight in my way.
Though I fall, I shall not be utterly cast down.
I am not forsaken.
I will never beg for bread because I am your son.
God you are forever merciful.
I am blessed.
My life is preserved by You.
My mouth is filled with Your wisdom.
My tongue speaks of Your justice.
God your law is in my heart.
None of my steps shall slide.
You will not leave me in the hands of the wicked.
You will not condemn me when I am judged.
You will exalt me to inherit the land.
When the wicked is cut off, I shall see it.
My future is peace.
My salvation comes from You.
You are my strength in the time of trouble.
You shall help me and deliver me.
You shall deliver me and save me from the wicked because I trust in you.
I love you.
You love me.
I am in you.
You are in me.
I am good ground.
I am a good husband.
I am a good father.
I am a good uncle.
I am a good grandfather
I am a good brother
I am a good leader.
I am a good son.
I am a good man.

Shut The Hell Up And Grow Up

It cracks me up when a male or female get upset when they find out that their spouse is cheating on them when these individuals opened the door for it to happen with their actions. Now before you say not all the time, let me say I agree. However, this post is not about those who were betrayed or done nothing wrong. I'm talking to those who knew their actions towards their spouse were jacked up but still wanted to play the victim role. As I have said before, after you have screamed, listened to sad music, burned up pictures, threw stuff out the door, and play the victim, get up, look yourself in the mirror and ask the question, what was my part in this happening? It's so so so easy to tell the story of how we were wronged and we say loud and clear for everyone to hear! Yes, but when the moment comes for us to take responsibility for our own actions, we all of a sudden need speech therapy.

No!!!! Don't fall back now! Don't exit stage left! You loved it when you were center stage and the spot light was on you. You were loud and boisterous about how you felt when the betrayal happened. You looked and searched all over for people to take your side and wow, you even called your cousin pookie to go beat the hell out of this man because you were so hurt. Yeah my brother this blog is not just for the sisters but for you as well because while my sisters, who are playing the victim role, is calling pookie, you so hurt that you get even by sleeping with her friend or family member with that false encouragement in the back of your mind saying, yeah man she deserves this! Make her hurt like she hurt you. Whew!!!!

This blog is about you and no one else. You have a decision to make this morning or this evening whenever your reading this. See, the truth of the matter is, this happened because of your refusal to listen to the instructions that were coming from God. How many times has God told you that you are putting your ministry, career, money, education, success, and people before your spouse? How many times have you told God no through your actions? How many times has selfishness determined your response to your spouse? You cried out for the truth so here it is.

Psalm 95:8-11

8The LORD says, “Don’t harden your hearts as Israel did at Meribah,

as they did at Massah in the wilderness.

9For there your ancestors tested and tried my patience,

even though they saw everything I did.

10For forty years I was angry with them, and I said,

‘They are a people whose hearts turn away from me.

They refuse to do what I tell them.’

11So in my anger I took an oath:

‘They will never enter my place of rest.’”

The children of Israel lost out because they refused to do what God told them to do. So lets be real right now. It was not lust or adultery that messed up your relationship, it was a refusal to obey the voice of God. Restoration and heal can only begin when you choose to be honest with yourself and say, it's me Lord, it's me.

There is a new sound in the earth that has emerge from the hearts of those who are hungry and thirsty for something different. This sound has not been birth by the hands of man or religion. This new sound comes from the Kingdom of Heaven. Can you hear it? It's saying, "The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand". What does that mean? Well, without giving you a long and deep answer, it simply means that what you have been waiting for is here. The only enemy that every person must face is, procrastination. Procrastination - the act or habit of procrastinating,  or putting off or delaying, especially something requiring immediate attention. Procrastination will destroy all your opportunities to receive what you have been waiting for. Let me give you an example of what I'm saying from the bible.

A Story About Ten Bridesmaids

¹“When the end comes, the kingdom of heaven will be like ten bridesmaids. They took their oil lamps and went to meet the groom. ²Five of them were foolish, and five were wise. ³The foolish bridesmaids took their lamps, but they didn’t take any extra oil. ⁴The wise bridesmaids, however, took along extra oil for their lamps. ⁵Since the groom was late, all the bridesmaids became drowsy and fell asleep.

⁶“At midnight someone shouted, ‘The groom is here! Come to meet him!’ ⁷Then all the bridesmaids woke up and got their lamps ready.

⁸“The foolish ones said to the wise ones, ‘Give us some of your oil. Our lamps are going out.’

⁹“But the wise bridesmaids replied, ‘We can’t do that. There won’t be enough for both of us. Go! Find someone to sell you some oil.’

¹⁰“While they were buying oil, the groom arrived. The bridesmaids who were ready went with him into the wedding hall, and the door was shut.

¹¹“Later the other bridesmaids arrived and said, ‘Sir, sir, open the door for us!’

¹²“But he answered them, ‘I don’t even know who you are!’

¹³“So stay awake, because you don’t know the day or the hour.

  As you see, procrastination will cost you. It is a distraction and forever will be. Make the decision today to go after what is awaiting you no matter what.
